Outlook 메일 가져오기를 하였을 때 인코딩 깨짐 현상

Outlook를 쓰다가 메일함 용량이 커질 수록 기하급수적으로 느려지며, Windows Search를 설치하지 않으면 느린 검색 속도와 나쁜 검색 성능을 견디다 못해 썬더버드로 갈아탈 결심을 하였습니다.

설치 후 모든 과정이 정상이었지만 한 가지 문제가 발생하였습니다.

사내 메일 중에 HTML 메일로 작성된 일부 메일에서 문제가 발생하였습니다.

메일 내용이 조금씩 깨지는 것인데 주로 한글이 문제가 됩니다.

panose-1:2 11 5 3 2 0 0 2 0 4;}

이것과 같이 한글이 모두 깨지는 것이 아니라 일부만 깨져서 가져오기가 됩니다.

인코딩을 자동으로 맞춰보고 여러가지로 설정을 해보았지만 해결되지 않습니다.

해결할 수 있는 방법이나 확장 기능이 있을까요?

메일을 좀 더 살펴보니 한 메일 내부에서 여러번 인코딩 변경이 있었습니다.

아래는 샘플 메일 입니다.

아웃룩 HTML 메일이다 보니 코드가 약간 지저분 하기도 하지만 보면 내부에서 매우 여러번 인코딩이 변경되고 있습니다. 이경우 제대로 가져오기를 할 수 없는 건가요?
